The IT maintenance domain has been selected as a base for TU Project. There are several capabilities divided into different categories:

1. WINTEL domain (win* operating System)

2. Active Directory Management

3. UNIX management

4. Storage management

How to read:
The Name column describes the target task if IT specialist
The Probability column describes a probability that selected task can be solved by (well trained) system
The “% of Tasks” column shows actual understood tasks percent (tasks which was understood by the system (not solved)
The “Version” column indicated in which version this will be available
